Glynn Coleman - Vice President
About
Glynn Coleman is a proud native of Las Vegas, Nevada, and a dedicated employment specialist manager with over 30 years of experience designing and implementing sustainable workforce development solutions for vulnerable and underserved populations. His career has been marked by a deep commitment to empowering individuals—including unhoused individuals, at-risk youth, and justice-involved clients—to overcome barriers and achieve long-term economic stability. Glynn retired from the State of Nevada JobConnect in 2013, where he served as a Business Service Representative, forging strong partnerships between job seekers and local employers. Prior to that, he spent nine years with the City of Henderson as a Community Services Program Coordinator, leading outreach efforts and support services that connected residents to critical resources and employment opportunities. After retirement, Glynn answered the call to service once again—this time in Los Angeles—joining the Union Rescue Mission from 2013 to 2017. There, he played a vital role in transforming the lives of participants in the employment program, guiding unhoused individuals toward meaningful work and self-sufficiency. Returning to his home state of Nevada, Glynn continued his advocacy by supporting homeless veterans through several nonprofit organizations, demonstrating a continued passion for workforce equity and community empowerment.
He is widely recognized for his expertise in case management, staff supervision, job development, employer engagement, and strategic community partnerships. Glynn has consistently delivered successful outcomes through the development of large-scale job fairs, targeted employment initiatives, and tailored training programs that open doors for individuals to thrive in the workforce.
