At the heart of Inspire Career Services stands Julia Coleman a passionate leader with a mission to transform lives through empowerment, advocacy, and opportunity. With over 15 years of experience as a job developer, licensed psychiatric nurse, and entrepreneur, Julia brings a rare and powerful blend of knowledge and heart to every initiative she touches.
Her career has been defined by a multidisciplinary approach to workforce development, business growth, and community advancement. From day one, Julia has prioritized people especially those facing employment barriers by creating pathways that offer not just jobs, but dignity and purpose.
Julia’s entrepreneurial journey began with JRT Development Services (2011–2014) and evolved into Inspire Career Services, founded in 2018 and based in Las Vegas. Both organizations reflect her unwavering commitment to providing workforce training, job placement, and real-world solutions for those in need. Under her leadership, these companies have successfully contracted with major state and federal agencies, including the Department of Employment, Training, and Rehabilitation (DETR) and the Social Security Administration. Julia’s undergraduate studies include Business Administration and Organizational Psychology.
Her work doesn't stop at business. In 2023, Julia stepped into public service as a Regional Representative for U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen, and in 2024, she had the honor of working with Vice President Kamala Harris, deepening her advocacy at the national level.
Julia’s gift lies in her ability to bridge the worlds of healthcare, business, and government. She is a connector, a strategist, and a tireless advocate for those whose voices are often unheard. Her strength is in building sustainable partnerships while empowering clients to create lasting success for themselves and their communities.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Julia is an active community leader. She currently serves as:
Chairperson (Alternate), Clark County Business Development Advisory Council (2025–2027)
Advisory Board Member, OCA Las Vegas (2018–present)
Committee Member, Japanese Festival Foundation of Nevada (2023–present)
Founding Member, The Gathering in the Historic Westside (2009–present)
Julia Coleman embodies the belief that leadership is not about position, but about purpose. Her life’s work reflects her dedication to uplifting others, creating opportunity, and inspiring change wherever her path may lead.
And when she’s not busy transforming systems and lives, you’ll find Julia doing what fills her soul: traveling, trying new restaurants, and enjoying cultural festivals that celebrate the vibrant diversity of her community.
